Job summary

Trillium Construction Services is seeking a Sales Representative for a fully remote, B2B role focused on the Seattle region with extensions to parts of Idaho and Oregon.

Responsibilities include prospecting, growing accounts, following up on leads, negotiating service agreements, and coordinating with recruiting to satisfy clients while meeting sales goals. Base salary ranges from $35,000 to $40,000 with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record of success in sales and negotiation.
• Experience in business development, account management, or growing a client portfolio is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized with strong time-management skills.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, reporting systems, and basic office software.
• Familiarity with the construction and/or staffing industry is a plus.
• Previous staffing experience is preferred.
