Global Payments Inc. is seeking an experienced B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our Genius team and drive adoption of Genius and other payment solutions for small to mid-sized businesses across dining, retail, and service sectors.

The role requires field-based activity (about 75%), with strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and ability to present both in-person and virtually. You’ll collaborate with a District Manager to craft opportunities, manage a robust pipeline, and

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; capable of in-person and virtual pitches.
• Self-motivated, energetic, results-driven with a team-oriented mindset.
• Professional presence and ability to quickly earn trust with business owners.
• Willingness to travel about 75% of the time with a valid driver's license.
• Must live within 2 hours of the posted location.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and Global Payments solutions to SMBs across restaurant, retail, and service sectors.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline via field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually to demonstrate benefits of Genius for payments and operations.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales in a short cycle.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce, including notes and follow-ups.
