Job summary

Cintas seeks a Sales Representative to drive new business in our First Aid and Safety division. You will prospect, cold-call, set appointments, present programs and work toward a sales quota with a solid base plus commission.

You’ll develop leads in your territory, gather intelligence on prospects, and deliver presentations using company training and mentorship to win new business. A 12‑week program supports your growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year outside sales experience or completion of a Cintas sales training program
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• New business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Generating revenue and meeting sales targets
• Developing and qualifying leads within the territory via cold-calling and lead generation
• Gathering and using business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, presentations, and drive new business
