Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative to focus on new B2B account development in our First Aid and Safety Division. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs and meeting a sales quota.

Sales Reps will also transport samples of products for presentations and participate in a thorough training program. Competitive base salary with commission, extensive car package, and incentives accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year outside sales experience or completion of a Cintas sales training program.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within territory via cold-calling and lead campaigns.
• Gather business intelligence to support sales calls and presentations.
• Solid base salary and commission potential.
• Extensive car package with lease, gas, insurance, and maintenance allowance.
• Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives.
