Job summary

Cintas Corporation is hiring a Sales Representative in the First Aid and Safety division to develop new B2B accounts. You will prospect, cold call, set appointments, and present programs to meet a sales quota.

Role includes generating leads, driving opportunities via territory development, and participating in a comprehensive 12-week training program. A strong commission structure and an extensive car package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year outside sales experience or successful completion of a Cintas sales training program.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within territory to drive opportunities.
• Gather business intelligence on prospects to support calls and presentations.
• Solid base salary plus commissions and incentives.
• Extensive car package (lease, gas, insurance, maintenance).
• Comprehensive 12-week sales training program.
