Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of B2B or B2C Outside Sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable building relationships and selling both face to face and virtually.
• 75% field time with a valid driver's license.
• Must live within 2 hours of the job posting location.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and other Global Payments solutions to SMBs in restaurant, retail, and service sectors.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline via field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtual to demonstrate benefits.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales.
• Maintain pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce including notes and follow-ups.
