Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to help grow our Genius® solutions for small and mid-sized businesses.

You will build a robust sales pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking, delivering value-based presentations both in person and online. You’ll collaborate with the District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close deals in a short cycle, while maintaining detailed records in our CRM systems.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience, preferably SaaS/fintech or merchant services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High energy, self-motivated, results driven with a team mindset.
• Professional presence and ability to build trust with business owners.
• Willingness to spend most time in the field with a valid driver’s license.
• Must live within 2 hours of the job posting location.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and other Global Payments solutions to SMBs across industries.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in person and virtually to show benefits of Genius.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales in short cycles.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce, including notes and follow-ups.
