Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive Genius and other solutions for small and mid-sized businesses across diverse industries.

You will build and maintain a robust field-based pipeline, delivering value-focused presentations in person and online to win new business. The role emphasizes high energy, strong relationship-building with business owners, and a willingness to spend most of your time in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B or B2C outside sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and earn trust.
• Willingness to spend 75% of time in the field.
• Must live within 2 hours of the posting location.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and other Global Payments solutions to SMBs across restaurant, retail, and service industries.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually to demonstrate benefits for payments, operations, and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales within a short cycle.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce, including call notes and follow-ups.
