Victra, Verizon’s leading premium retailer in the United States, is seeking a Business Sales Manager (SMB) in Raleigh, NC. You will build and coach a field-based team of up to ten B2B sales reps, driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth through proactive prospecting and strategic territory management.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in B2B outside sales, a proven track record in hitting targets, and strong leadership, communication, and CRM skills to manage pipeline and closing

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in a B2B outside sales role.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding new-business targets.
• Experience leading or mentoring a sales team preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; field-based leadership.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead a team of up to ten outside B2B sales reps focused on new customer acquisition.
• Coach reps to open doors via cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Develop territory strategies and drive new-logo activity and revenue.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales Ops to refine lead generation and pipeline.
• Represent Victra in local business communities and events.
