Job summary

Victra is Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States, leading a dynamic B2B outside sales force. We seek a Business Sales Manager to build, coach, and drive a high‑performing team focused on new‑logo acquisition and aggressive growth in a field-based environment.

You will set quotas, coach on prospecting and closing, and align territory strategies with corporate growth. A strong coaching background and CRM proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in a B2B outside sales role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new‑business targets
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field support

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a field team of up to ten B2B sales representatives focused on new logo acquisition
• Set and manage team quotas centered on new logos and pipeline activity
• Track performance via CRM and communicate results to senior leadership
• Develop development plans and accelerate new reps to productivity
• Lead from the front with field engagement and ride-alongs to model prospecting and closing
