Job summary

Victra is Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States. The Business Sales Manager leads a field-based team of up to ten outside B2B reps focused on new customer acquisition, coaching, and achieving aggressive new-logo targets.

You will drive a hunter-first approach with hands-on leadership in the field. Collaborating with Marketing and Sales Operations, you will refine prospecting, manage pipeline, and ensure predictable results.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in a B2B outside sales role, ideally in telecom, wireless, or technology sales.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor a field sales team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with field leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a field-based team of up to ten B2B sales representatives focused on new-logo acquisition.
• Drive a hunter-first culture with proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and in-person outreach.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to refine lead generation and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Manage territory, quotas, and CRM data to ensure forecast accuracy and attainment.
• Represent Victra in local business communities to create new opportunities and partnerships.
