Job summary

Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a Business Sales Manager to build and coach a field-based team focused on acquiring new B2B customers across multiple markets in the US. You will drive hunter culture, pipeline growth, and revenue through proactive prospecting and strategic leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years of outside sales leadership in a quota-driven environment, excellent communication, and the ability to manage performance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a B2B outside sales role, ideally telecom/tech.
• Hunter-focused, quota-carrying background with a proven track record.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a field-based team of up to ten B2B sales reps focused on new customer acquisition.
• Coach reps to open doors via cold outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person prospecting.
• Develop trusted relationships with new business decision-makers and turn meetings into partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to refine lead-gen and pipeline management.
• Represent Victra in local business communities and events to generate opportunities.
• Manage pipelines, quotas, and forecast accuracy using CRM and performance metrics.
