Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a B2B Business Sales Manager to lead a field-based team focused on new customer acquisition across multiple markets including Phoenix, Atlanta, Tampa, Chicago, and more. You will coach up to ten outside reps, set aggressive targets, and drive a hunter culture with proactive prospecting.

In this role you’ll partner with Marketing and Sales Operations to refine lead generation, manage pipeline in CRM, and build relationships with new business

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a B2B outside sales role, ideally in telecom or technology.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new‑business targets in a quota environment.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a field-based team of up to ten B2B sales reps focused on new customer acquisition.
• Set and manage team quotas and pipeline goals for new logos.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to generate and convert leads.
• Build relationships with local business decision-makers and community groups.
• Coach reps in prospecting, pipeline management, and closing techniques.
• Oversee CRM data quality, territory assignments, and weekly pipeline reviews.
