You’ll identify decision-makers, present customized facility solutions, travel throughout your territory, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding. The role offers uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits, along with leadership mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven success in outbound prospecting and building self-sourced opportunities.
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to engage decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through targeted B2B prospecting and networking.
• Build and manage a solid pipeline within your territory.
• Identify decision-makers and develop relationships with property/facility managers and owners.
• Conduct onsite facility assessments and develop customized proposals.
• Negotiate contract terms and close recurring-service agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast opportunities.
