City Wide Facility Solutions in San Mateo, CA, seeks a Sales Executive to drive new business development and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close. You will build a base of clients for recurring revenue and expand the client portfolio month over month.

The role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, a six-figure earning potential for top performers, and a monthly vehicle and cell phone allowance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in B2B sales with a proven track record.
• Strong written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, negotiating and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Experience using CRM systems (SFDC) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients and referrals for new sales monthly.
• Develop a base of clients for recurring sales and monthly growth.
• Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and present services.
• Close sales by building rapport, presenting capabilities, and handling objections.
• Execute at least 20 hours of field prospecting and 200 marketing calls weekly.
• Maintain all client and lead information in the CRM.
