Global Payments Inc. is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to join the Genius team and help shape the future of global commerce.

You will drive sales across multiple industries, manage a strong pipeline, and deliver value-based presentations both in-person and virtually. Ideal candidates bring B2B or B2C outside sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the drive to spend most time in the field.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS/fintech/merchant services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High energy, self-motivated, results driven, with a competitive spirit and teamwork.
• Professional presence and ability to connect with business owners.
• Willing to spend 75% of time in the field with a valid driver's license.
• Must live within 2 hours of the job posting location.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales for Genius and other Global Payments solutions to SMBs across restaurant, retail, and service industries.
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually to demonstrate benefits.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales in a short cycle.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce with call notes and follow-ups.
