Job summary

ABC Supply, the nation's largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking outside sales professionals in New Jersey to grow relationships with contractor customers and promote a range of building materials.

You will use sales reports to spot opportunities, make cold calls, schedule appointments, train customers on product lines, assist with credit applications, and help collect payments when needed. A college degree and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• College degree (Business, Sales or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass MVR check and meet vehicle insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships.
• Use sales reports to identify opportunities in buying patterns.
• Make cold calls to prospective customers and schedule appointments.
• Follow leads and provide solutions to service concerns.
• Provide product training to customers and their teams.
• Assist customers with credit applications and collect due payments.
