Acrisure Trade Credit is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to design and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue growth. You will own demand creation strategies across buyer journeys, partnering with Product Marketing, Content, Digital, and Sales to optimize performance and forecast impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles in B2B.
• Experience supporting fintech, SaaS, financial services, or tech firms is preferred.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned to goals and growth priorities.
• Own plans from strategy through activation and optimization for assigned portfolios.
• Translate objectives into clear campaign strategies and measurable goals.
• Establish processes, templates, and best practices to scale programs.
• Manage funnel performance and accelerate pipeline progression.
• Define funnel stages and SLAs with Revenue Ops and Sales.
• Optimize buyer acquisition and cross-channel conversion strategies.
• Lead digital demand generation across paid, owned, and earned media.
• Create benchmarks, reports, and forecasting models for performance.
• Analyze campaigns to identify trends and opportunities and report insights.
