Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Demand Generation Manager in Chicago to develop multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue growth. This role owns end-to-end demand creation from audience insight to activation, optimization, and measurement.

As the lead demand gen marketer, you will collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Digital, and Sales to design programs that generate demand and improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling demand generation programs in B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of funnel management, performance marketing, attribution, and revenue measurement.
• Experience using marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and reporting platforms.
• Builder-mentality, comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned to business goals and revenue targets.
• Own demand generation plans from strategy through activation and optimization for an assigned portfolio.
• Translate objectives into measurable marketing goals and performance plans.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales to define funnel stages and measurement frameworks.
