Acrisure is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to design and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth. You will lead demand creation strategies across the buyer journey and partner with Product Marketing, Content, Digital, and Sales to align programs with GTM goals.

This role requires analytical rigor, hands-on execution, and the ability to orchestrate channels around small business buyers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and scaling demand generation programs in B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of funnel management, performance marketing, attribution, and revenue measurement.
• Experience using marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned to business goals and growth priorities.
• Own demand generation plans from strategy through activation and optimization for assigned portfolio.
• Translate objectives into measurable campaign goals and performance plans.
• Establish campaign processes and best practices to scale programs.
• Manage funnel performance and optimize conversion rates to accelerate pipeline.
