CoStar Group in Iselin, New Jersey, seeks an Account Executive to drive Data & Analytics sales and grow a portfolio of clients. This consultative role focuses on building relationships and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to renewal.

You will showcase CoStar products through demos to brokers, owners, corporations, and investors, while developing deep market knowledge and delivering tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale.
• Current and valid driver’s license; Driving Record check required.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business and grow a client portfolio.
• Manage and expand client accounts with tailored solutions.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to renewal.
• Deliver product demos to brokers, owners, investors and CRE professionals.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and build relationships.
