CoStar Group in Century City, CA is seeking an Account Executive for CoStar Data & Analytics to grow a portfolio of commercial real estate clients through consultative selling of our data, analytics, and online marketplaces.

You will lead end-to-end sales, deliver product demos, build relationships with brokers, owners, and institutions, and exceed sales targets while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale activities.
• Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business and manage a growing client portfolio.
• Deliver product demos and articulate CoStar's value proposition.
• Develop relationships with brokers, owners, corporations and real estate professionals.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to renewal.
• Schedule in-person meetings and deliver product demos to brokers, owners, corporations, investors, and CRE professionals.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and cultivate long-term relationships and a professional network.
