Job summary

CoStar Group in San Francisco is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and manage an expanding client portfolio through the value of CoStar products. This consultative role demands a track record of exceeding sales targets, strong client management, and the ability to present product demos to brokers and executives.

You will represent CoStar at industry events, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to renew and upsell clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• A track record of commitment to prior employers and exceeding sales targets.
• Experienced in client management and post-sale activities.
• Current and valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell New Business and promote the value of CoStar products to the CRE industry.
• Account management to expand your portfolio and drive renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Develop expertise in CoStar's product suite and industry landscape.
• Handle end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
• Conduct in-person meetings and product demos for brokers, owners, corporations, investors.
