Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support our automotive clients in a fast-paced B2B environment. You will manage inquiries, orders, and support requests with professionalism and efficiency, helping to strengthen long-term relationships.

You will act as the primary contact for orders, deliveries, product availability, and account support; process orders; collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Technical Support; and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales support in a B2B environment.
• Experience in automotive industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for B2B customers, managing queries related to orders, deliveries, product availability, and account support.
• Accurately process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance, Technical Support) to resolve customer issues and ensure service excellence.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our automotive product portfolio and service offerings.
• Track and follow up on backorders, returns, and warranty claims.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
• Prepare reports and insights on customer service performance and trends.
