You will coordinate with internal teams, maintain accurate CRM/ERP records, and strive for exceptional service, timely order processing, and strong customer relationships through the full order-to-cash cycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B customer service or related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Directly enter customer orders into the ERP system accurately.
• Process credit card payments and support account setup and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are prioritized.
• Provide timely order status updates and tracking information.
