Qualifications

• Native Dutch language required.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for corporate clients across chat, phone, and email.
• Gather feedback from clients to inform market insights.
• Keep clients updated on order status to boost loyalty.
• Build genuine partnerships and customer relationships.
• Make independent decisions on medium/high complexity issues with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with marketing on surveys, needs research and proposal generation.
