Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle order processing, inquiries, and coordination with inside/outside sales. You will manage orders via multiple channels, inform customers about receipt, pricing, shipping, and delays, and collaborate with production to meet delivery commitments.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of customer service in manufacturing, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office.

• Proficient with company and external systems/databases.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient with office technology and equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders/changes/returns per policy.
• Create and update customer SAP accounts and data.
• Provide timely information on order status, pricing, shipping, and delays.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues; coordinate with sales and production.
• Monitor timely deliveries and escalate issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support other team members and adhere to EMS and IATF 16949 policies.
