Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist internal partners and external customers. Responsibilities include handling calls, data entry, account reconciliation, reporting, invoicing, and processing new accounts and orders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and provide prompt issue resolution.
• Data entry and assisting in account reconciliation.
• Prepare reports and invoices; process new accounts and orders.
• Make outbound customer calls to obtain information and follow up to resolve issues.
• Support miscellaneous projects as needed.
