Qualifications

• 1+ years' customer service experience
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and provide prompt issue resolution
• Data entry
• Assist in account reconciliation
• Prepare reports and invoices
• Process new accounts and orders
• Make outbound customer calls to obtain information or follow up to resolve issues
• Occasional miscellaneous projects
