Job summary

Manchester Tank & Equipment is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers, manage orders and accounts, and resolve issues. You will coordinate with Sales, Shipping, Production, Engineering, Scheduling, Credit, and Quality to ensure seamless communication and service excellence.

This is an onsite role in Campbellsville, KY with a hybrid schedule option after probation. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in customer service within a heavy manufacturing

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Customer Service, preferably in heavy manufacturing B2B or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Take initiative and improve processes for customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding processes and coordinate with shipping on export tasks.
• Handle order entry, quoting freight, lead times, and confirmations; track to shipping.
• Facilitate returns, RMAs, and credit processes with relevant teams.
• Manage day-to-day customer questions, weekly reports, and account meetings.
• Respond to general inquiries via phone/email and route to proper contacts.
