Resource Label Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support orders and provide basic account servicing. You will collect product specs, process orders, and coordinate shipping while delivering exceptional service.

The role emphasizes problem solving, initiative, and clear communication within a manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Manufacturing or printing/packaging environment preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business materials; write reports.
• Ability to calculate figures and read rulers/scales.
• Regularly sits and talks; may stand/walk occasionally.
• Wage Range: $22.00-$30.00

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external customers to collect information and product specs.
• Receive and review purchase orders via email, fax, or phone; confirm orders.
• Enter new orders into the system and coordinate delivery/shipping requirements.
• Route materials to production areas and communicate special orders clearly.
• Handle inquiries and complaints promptly with excellent follow‑through.
• Prioritize workload to meet business needs; escalate when appropriate.
• Process shipping tickets and billing; verify against packing lists.
