Laminate Technologies is an employee-owned manufacturer seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Gallatin, TN location. You will support B2B customers and collaborate with Sales, Scheduling, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Accounting to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Ideal candidates reside within commuting distance of Gallatin; relocation assistance is not available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of customer service, order management, account coordination, or inside sales support experience is required.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel is required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers.
• Monitor inventory, production schedules, and delivery commitments.
• Communicate order status, delays, and customer concerns.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Research and resolve customer complaints and order discrepancies.
• Maintain customer records, pricing, and product information.
• Support quoting, samples, and customer requests.
• Track open orders and delivery performance.
• Provide backup support for other office functions as needed.
