The role manages customer orders from entry to delivery and uses SAP/ERP to ensure accuracy and timely communication with customers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B customer service experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors and proficiency in SAP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B customer service in manufacturing or industrial fields.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with SAP or similar ERP system.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders, including entry, maintenance, and updates within SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Monitor open orders, track shipments, and communicate order status to customers.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, order discrepancies, shortages, and shipment issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation while delivering high customer satisfaction.
