Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-focused, high-performance environment in a product manufacturing setting.
• PC literate with knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and maintain data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Understand Burlington TIDI products and troubleshoot customer requests; review orders for accuracy.
• Monitor open order inquiries through production, fulfillment, shipment, and delivery.
• Coordinate order changes, cancellations, or special requirements with the team.
• Assist in resolving issues affecting customer orders and RMAs.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and pricing information for stock items.
• Maintain CRM and related systems with accurate customer data and records.
