Job summary

Employee Relations Associates, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Specialist in California to build strong client relationships, manage orders, and work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure outstanding service from order placement to delivery.

The role emphasizes problem solving, proactive communication, and contributing to business growth within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles in a B2B environment.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain is strongly preferred.
Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for assigned customers throughout the order lifecycle.
Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment and shipment.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Warehouse to resolve inquiries.
Provide order updates, shipping info, and delivery timelines to customers.
Coordinate returns and customer cases from start to finish.
Generate quotes and assist with pricing, availability, and inquiries.
Monitor inventory and prioritize customer needs with internal teams.
Build proactive, relationship-driven communication with customers.
Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
Recommend process improvements to enhance CX and efficiency.
