Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and acknowledgements for assigned regions in AX.
• Maintain and update customer portals with current information.
• Process quotes and opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate with CS, production, and plant manager to prioritize orders.
• Resolve issues to ensure production continuity and timely fulfillment.
• Provide updates on order status, shipping schedules, and adjustments.
