Custom Fabricating & Supplies (CFS) is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to blend support with proactive B2B lead generation in a manufacturing environment.

You will support existing accounts, process quotes and orders, respond to inquiries, and identify new business opportunities by researching prospects and outbound outreach for the Outside Sales team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or related role.
• Experience with outbound prospecting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using ERP/CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain accurate customer information.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of products and services.
