Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Growth Marketing content professional to own strategy, writing, and quality across blog posts, case studies, ABM/ABS campaigns, and podcast/ video scripts. This hands-on role blends writing with strategy to ensure AI-friendly and GEO-ready content.

Responsibilities include planning, writing, and repurposing pillar content, collaborating with Growth Marketing Managers, and guiding AI-assisted production while maintaining brand voice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B content marketing or copywriting experience.
• Portfolio of published B2B writing including long-form content.
• Experience interviewing subject-matter experts and translating technical details into clear copy.
• Familiarity with SEO and AI discovery changes.
• Experience enabling content repurposing across formats.
• Adept at directing AI-assisted content production while preserving brand voice.
• Ability to work with sales-facing stakeholders on content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and write blog content, thought leadership, and case studies for demand-gen campaigns.
• Write scripts for podcasts, webinars, and short-form video with designers.
• Systematically repurpose pillar content into multiple formats.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing Managers on account-specific content.
• Create sales-facing content like battlecards and email sequences.
• Ensure editorial quality and consistency.
• Apply GEO/AI-visibility best practices with the marketing team.
• Maintain content calendar aligned to campaigns.
• Handoff final assets to Brand Manager for organic posting.
