Job summary

Addison Group in Los Angeles is seeking a Business Development Manager to prospect new clients for our staffing division and drive new business opportunities. You will develop a marketing plan to break into new clients and work with recruiters to match client needs.

Outside sales, client visits, and networking events are a regular part of the role. The role emphasizes building relationships, negotiating fees, and maintaining professional representation at all times.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell to potential business deals by contacting potential clients.
• Schedule and attend client meetings to generate new business and expand current business.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through cold calling/prospecting calls.
• Negotiate fees and close deals in accordance with company goals and expectations.
• Represent Addison in a professional and positive manner in all interactions, including networking events and other activities outside of normal business hours.
