Addison Group in the United States is seeking a Business Development Manager to prospect new clients for the division, develop a marketing plan, and drive growth through outside sales activities, client visits, and networking. You will partner with Recruiters to match client needs, negotiate fees, and represent Addison Group professionally at events.

A four-year degree or equivalent and strong oral and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell to potential business deals by contacting potential clients
• Schedule and attend client meetings to generate new business and expand current business
• Develop and maintain client relationships through cold calling/prospecting calls
• Negotiate fees and close deals in accordance with company goals and expectations
• Represent Addison in a professional manner at networking events and interactions
