Job summary

COURSER is seeking an Account Executive to join our fast-paced IT growth team. You will identify and qualify new customers, build a sales territory, and close deals with cross-functional support from marketing.

A strong hunter mentality, willingness to travel, and the ability to collaborate with a team are essential. You will work with a proactive group that rewards performance with uncapped commissions, ongoing training, and clear promotion opportunities as growth occurs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create and cultivate a sales territory by identifying potential target customers.
• Attend networking events and other pipeline-building activities.
• Make 70+ outbound calls a week.
• Work with marketing to execute targeted marketing campaigns.
• Use the CRM system to track sales activities and opportunities.
• Follow the sales process and participate in weekly training.
• Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to grow the territory and company.
