Job summary

COURSER is seeking a driven Account Executive to join our fast-paced sales team in Irvine. You will identify, qualify, and close new B2B opportunities, collaborating with marketing and a supportive BizDev group. The role offers an excellent starting salary with uncapped commissions and a clear path to promotion based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B selling and building a pipeline.
• Ability to prospect and work with marketing.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and cultivate a sales territory by identifying potential target customers who fit the target customer profile
• Attend networking events and other pipeline building activities
• Make 70+ outbound calls a week
• Work with marketing to execute targeted marketing campaigns
• Work in the company provided CRM system to track all sales activities and opportunities
• Follow our sales process and attend weekly sales training
• Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the job to build your territory, share new ideas, and help the organization grow and thrive
