Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an Account Executive, Business Team Sales in Tampa to build relationships with small businesses (1-9 employees) and bring T-Mobile products and services to underserved markets. You will prospect, cold-call, network, and convert leads into new accounts while meeting monthly quotas.

In this hunter role, you will analyze customer needs, tailor recommendations, negotiate deals, and develop skills to progress toward senior sales roles.

Qualifications

• Task management in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
• Proven customer service experience with strong relationship-building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective negotiation and closing abilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
