Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial clients across multiple market segments. You will join a results-driven team, undergo comprehensive training, and develop proposals and presentations to close deals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B sales, strong communication, and a hunter mentality. This full-time role requires travel across the assigned territory and offers a competitive base plus uncapped commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years B2B sales experience preferred; prospecting skills encouraged (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated with hunter’s mentality and ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Inspect facilities for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to commercial customers.
• Develop strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth and ensure outstanding service.
