Job summary

Terminix is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial customers across multiple segments. You will learn our programs and become proficient in proposals and presentations to drive sales.

You will work in a results-driven environment, with comprehensive training and ongoing development, and you will be supported by a benefits package and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of experience in Business to Business sales with prospecting skills.
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance to Commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings to upsell solutions.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth and ensure service excellence.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
