Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial clients, including hospitality, healthcare, and retail.

You will learn our offerings, identify infestations, and translate knowledge into proposals and presentations that close deals. You will develop territory plans, engage in cold outreach, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service while aiming to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a valid driver’s license.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of experience in B2B sales with prospecting experience.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth and ensure outstanding service.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
