Job summary

Rentokil is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail. You will participate in a comprehensive training program, learn to identify infestations, and then develop proposals and presentations to close deals.

The role emphasizes a results-oriented environment with compensation that includes a base salary and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred (prospecting skills)
• Self-motivated with hunter’s mentality; ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).
• Licenses required or provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil's programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities.
• Utilize the company CRM to complete daily activities and sales performance.
