Job summary

Rentokil North America in New Jersey is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial clients. You will identify opportunities, present proposals, and close deals across hospitality, food, healthcare, and retail.

This is a dynamic, quota-driven role with training and career growth. The position offers a base hourly pay of $21.00–$23.00 plus uncapped commissions, benefits from day one, a company vehicle, and a strong overall rewards package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• 2 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 100% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect client facilities and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil's programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service.
