Job summary

ASM Research seeks a Cloud Support Engineer to join the 24x7 incident management team. You will diagnose, mitigate and escalate issues in a Microsoft Azure environment, ensuring high availability of systems and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related technical field preferred.
• 2 years of operations experience in application infrastructure support.
• 1 year of system administration support (Windows/Linux).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system issues using diagnostic tools.
• Respond to incident tickets in a 24x7 environment to meet SLAs.
• Review logs to identify and mitigate issues.
• Update knowledge base with troubleshooting steps and lessons learned.
• Document incident fixes and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Coordinate changes through Change Management process.
• Collaborate with operations, development teams and external partners.
• Support knowledge sharing during tiger team calls.
