Job summary

ASM Research is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to join the incident management team in a 24x7 Microsoft Azure environment. The role focuses on diagnosing and mitigating system issues to ensure high availability and compliance with SLAs.

2 years of operations experience providing application infrastructure support.
1 year performing system administration support (Windows/Linux).

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot system issues using diagnostic tools.
Respond to incident tickets in a 24x7 environment to meet SLAs.
Review system logs to identify and mitigate issues.
Update knowledge base troubleshooting guides and lessons learned.
Document incident fixes and recommend system improvements.
Coordinate change management for system issues and outages.
Support collaboration across operations, development teams and external partners.
Monitor solution performance according to client specifications and SLAs.
